"A short stay between layovers for two adults in a queen room. Male staff member on the front desk at 1am was pleasant and efficient. The room was as described online: simple and clean but unfortunately the surrounding noise from neighbouring rooms and cars made for a disruptive sleep constantly. The walls are extremely thin so every sound travels the windows are not soundproofed. Overall ok for a few hours."

"The property is brand new, and everything in the unit is in excellent working condition. The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s conveniently located just a 10–15 minute walk from Riverside Market, where you’ll find a wide variety of great dining options. It’s not exactly an apples-to-apples comparison, as there are far fewer options in national park areas. However, out of the seven properties we stayed at on the southern NZ island, this one offers the best overall value."

"We really enjoyed staying at Sudima Hotel in Christchurch. The hotel is only a few blocks from the expansive Hagley Park where I enjoyed running and walking. The staff was very friendly, attentive and informative. The attached restaurant, Lane, was excellent for dinner and our morning coffee. We did use the freely available Total Fitness Gym which was within two blocks of the hotel and this offered more than the standard hotel gym. The rooms were modern and comfortable. I highly recommend this...
