"This property is amazing! It's definitely a boutique hotel/resort and the grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. The building I stayed in felt older but the rooms are large , updated and clean. I've stayed here twice now, and both times, the staff were excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant and pool staff to the spa, they were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was fine. Staff was lovely. The Waterpark is great for young families. Lots of children. The water in the pools was not cooled and therefore not refreshing. Lazy river was nice. Restaurants were mediocre at best, yet costly.
Many of the floors were slippery, including steps in main area, bathrooms in room and shower stalls.
They forgot to clean our room and showed up at 5pm.
Takes many many rings for guest services to answer phone. They were nice when answered.
Perhaps they are...

"The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. The sun is hot as expected for July in Phoenix but we still enjoyed our time. Only negatives were the pool towels, bed pillows, and mattress. The rooms and areas are well kept, all staff were kind and helpful. I’ve never woke up with back pain like I did and the pillows were not as I would expect for such a nice property. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Don’t travel there alone ever as a single female that’s all I got to say . The place was magical and beautiful but a bad staff can ruin your entire trip so beware if you are a single female I would definitely not ever go there alone again . But very pretty location"
