"Do NOT stay here!! While it “used” to be a luxury resort, it is no longer! Very run down, not well kept and lack of attention to ley details. MOLD was found in our ceiling above our bed, the shower reaked of urine and had the previous guests’ hair in the shower drain. We were told housekeeping would come clean it, but they never showed up. They insisted on moving us to another room at 9:30pm."

Poor maps and directions for room and restaurant locations. 6. Poor locations for restaurant and bar resources. 7. Generally front desk staff not up to standard of a five star hotel."
