"Had the best stay ever!! Staffs were very courteous, kind, polite, sincere and smiling always. The resort was huge but there are free buggy services available. We were greeted by a huge front lobby and a very warm welcome by a concierge staff named Danial. He explained to us in details about the resorts, open timing of some facilities and etc. Resort have 3 swimming pools. The main one comes with a kids' pool. We enjoyed ourselves on all 3 of them. "Clean room, nice area but we felt like the staff were all quite vague with instructions (especially at the spa) or blunt when you tried to talk to them. The spa is expensive and the restaurants aren’t really anything to rave about so don’t get stuck there for 10 days with only a few restaurants to choose from like we did. There is nothing else around the area. Breakfast was decent."

"Excellent. Absolutely lives up to its 5 star reputation. Service interactions were all welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Our room was perfection. Balcony was pleasant, there is plenty of comfortable seating choices in the room. The bathroom is a highlight. Housekeeping service was impeccable, right down to a lovely bubble bath, strewn with rose petals, they prepared on two occasions. Diptyque products. "The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "
