"Stayed there for 4 Nights . All front desk and concierge staff did an excellent job for the first 3 days . Unfortunately on the day of checking out i came across a front desk lady who was cool , unprofessional and full of attitude . "Our favourite place to stay in the city as it is close to Circular quay, the Opera House, the botanical gardens and the rocks. The rooms are big and comfortable and the staff are great. "

"Fantastic location, very convenient to train, ferries, light rail etc, right on the harbour with heaps of restaurants close-by. The Rocks a very short walk away. Only issue at the moment is noisy out the back because of construction across the road (so request harbour view room). "
