"Overall a good experience. We had an issue with AC not working but they moved us to a different unit. Commons pool at the club house was great even though we used it only once on our day off from the parks. It’s a great choice for a family vs renting a hotel room."

"The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

"Clean house, and plenty of space for our family. Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)"

"First off the house was not clean. It was only clean where a vacuum can fit. Behind all toilets was dirty, every shower had hair from previous guests. We have a three year old so we were in a rush to leave to get on our cruise and left behind our iPad. We wrote and apparently a cleaner took over two days to get to the house to only come back and say there was no iPad. Security didn’t even ask for ID. The back gate is open to let anyone just enter. Would never stay here again. Didn’t feel clean...

Los números de teléfono para llamar no funcionan, nadie los atiende, la asistencia al cliente vía Email, es decepcionante, Expedia me ayudo a contactarlos pero fue imposible."
