"The property is older and the cove rooms are worn and need to be refreshed as do the bathrooms. Big complaint about pool water temperature being too cold -- we did not swim at all in the pool, and it is the main reason for being there. Pool temps should be much warmer and advertised as other resorts do. We will not come back as other resorts have much warmer pool temps. Not enough beach chairs with sun covers at the cove beach or the pool. -- these 2 activities are the main reason people choose...

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...
