"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

"This property is part of the Relais & Chateaux group of hotels so expect high quality. Our rooms were small but well-designed. Bathrooms are wonderful with great bathtubs. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants so cannot comment on food. The staff were very responsive and recommended restaurants and shopping options. Hotel location was perfect in a semi-residential area but within walking distance to Duomo and shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again."

"The Aethos Milano is a bit of a hidden gem, somewhat removed from the tourist jumble around the Duomo and Galleria. It sits on a busy thoroughfare and is almost invisible from the street if not for the small name on the awning. Once inside, it's a maze of interestingly-decorated lounge and restaurant spaces, which one must navigate to reach the elevator to your room.
