"The hotel room was clean, but I was extremely dissatisfied with everything else. Above all, the front desk staff, as well as the rest of the hotel staff, were unfriendly. They neither smiled nor greeted guests, and very few of them could communicate in English. For a business in the hospitality industry, they seemed to lack even the most basic sense of hospitality. There was no explanation whatsoever about the hotel's facilities or services upon check-in. When I asked how to get to the train...
