"Overall a great place to stay but one word of caution for those that care about such things. If you're using a credit card to pay for your stay, note that there is a credit card service fee included on your final bill at checkout. I suppose one could argue they're being transparent about it vs. burying it as part of a resort fee. "

"Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others...

"Mein Zimmer war groß und hatte eine wunderbare Aussicht. Besonders gefiel mir auch der - wenn auch nicht so große - Pool auf dem Dach mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Sydney. Das Frühstücksbuffet möchte ich ebenfalls lobend erwähnen. Und hatte man einen Sonderwunsch, so wurde dieser prompt erfüllt."
