"The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery. The whole staff made us feel like family which made our stay and first experience in Bali a memorable one! The resort itself was clean and so was the room! The star was the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay it was probably one of the best breakfast buffets my husband and I have tried so far. I would 100% recommend staying here & we will definitely be back! "
