"Beautiful hotel and location. The staff was great an attentive. Breakfast was included which is great but I personally didn’t love the food options. However the dinner menu was great and food was delicious loved the live music as well. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel grounds are great. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also very convinient to monkey forest, temples, waterfalls and rice fields. Loved outstanding in UBud. "

Every detail—from the architecture to the decor—feels intentional, serene, and deeply connected to nature. The service is absolutely top-notch. The entire staff is a true joy to be around: warm, attentive, genuinely happy, and always willing to help. Each guest is assigned a personal butler, which elevates the experience even further. Our butler, Agung, was exceptional—thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly kind—making our stay effortless and memorable. This was my second time staying at Mandapa, and it certainly will not be my last. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my family and friends. You truly do not need to leave the property to have a perfect vacation. Mandapa offers everything on-site: immersive nature experiences, a beautiful temple, rice fields, outstanding restaurants and bars, a world-class spa, a fully equipped gym, and endless opportunities to relax and reconnect. "The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "
