Electricity went out only during a big storm briefly. Had hot showers daily. Security is excellent. And the staff are super friendly. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is definitely one to set you for the day. Personally i found no complaint with the food, the service and that they will go that extra mile. The bed i found slightly hard but it may well suit anothers taste. Bathroom clean and shower excellent. There is 24 hour security with a detector...
