"We came for a quick, affordable getaway to celebrate a birthday. Our rating would’ve been a 5/5 but unfortunately the hot tube was not working. We received spa treatments and the hot tube after would’ve been the cherry on top. Overall a great secluded, quiet, peaceful getaway for us- 4/5 stars."

"I’d definitely add that—it makes the review feel more personal: This was our second stay at the Black Walnut Inn, and once again, we had an amazing experience! This time we stayed in one of the suites, and it was absolutely amazing—beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The entire property has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful as well. There’s a reason we decided to come back for a second stay, and after this visit, we’ll definitely be back again. We highly recommend the Black Walnut Inn for anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway in the Amherst area!"
