"This is not a $176 a night hotel. It is a $60 a night budget motel! It's WAY overpriced! I am handicapped and my husband is 78. There is no handicapped parking here nor elevators, and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. So, we had to haul 2 suitcases, a large cooler, a dry-goods box, a backpack, 2 pillows and 2 bottles of wine up and down stairs in multiple trips. My husband fell on the stairs while bringing our cooler down the stairs (they don't have luggage carts). There was no...

Room door to the hallway had a vertical gap and lots of light/noise from the hallway could be heard if present.
Pool heater was out, water was very cold. Hot tub pump was out so no bubbles.
Breakfast was edible but not very good.
Staff only handled requests if you were standing at the front desk. Phone calls would be looked at but never happened."

"Our stay was disappointing, though it wasn’t the worst hotel experience we’ve had.
The room had a strong tobacco smoke odor despite being a non-smoking room. It appeared mostly clean, but the smell was difficult to ignore. The mattress was also well past its prime, and you could easily feel the springs while trying to sleep.
The front desk staff was not very accommodating when we raised concerns, which made the experience more frustrating.
The pool appeared dirty, and the hot tub had black...

"So the staff were super nice and friendly. However the rooms were set up really weird with a lot of dead space and the ac was in another room not even in the bedroom which made the bedroom stuffy and hot. The TV’s didn’t work and the curtains didn’t keep out any light so it was very bright. Our room also smelled like a smoker had been in there at some point. The shampoo was also half used."

"This was probably the most complete hotel we have ever stayed in, and it was unexpected as we were camping in Zion and our tent broke on a very windy overnight.
The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
The pool area was well maintained and refreshing. It was a large pool with plenty of outdoor seating. There were also two hot tubs.
For food there were at least 4 restaurants within a 3 min walk.
