"At check in, reception was rude, not very informative. I went to ask for to tails and stood in line, she completely ignored me and helped the next person in line, I waited patiently, and she called the next person in line knowing i was just standing there, so I took initiative and said, ma'm, you know I was next in line you checked in the person behind me. I simply needed towels. She was rude the whole stay. I don't think there should be workers like that if they don't like their job they should...

"Love the location of the hotel. Close to stores and restaurants in downtown. The staff was very helpful, even the maintenance man. He checked on us just to make sure everything in our room was working appropriately. The rooms were very nice and comfortable."
