"Although the staff were very helpful and courteous, the age and condition of the property let our stay down. In the bathroom we found the toilet almost unacceptable. It was the original toilet from when the motel was built decades ago, very water inefficient, low to the floor and with a seat built for the size of a child. The shower head, although it was supposed to have multiple spray settings, was so corroded that it was not adjustable, forcing us to use the only available setting. ...

"Room was clean, staff was friendly. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as we only stayed one night. We did not find the beds to be very comfortable and they really needed more blankets. The continental breakfast was pretty lackluster. It consisted of a few pastries, waffles, cold cereal and some interesting looking potato wedge things. We ate elsewhere. It was fine for an overnight but for the price I was looking forward to not also buying breakfast."

"This may sound weird but they had great wifi and my husband was able to hook up his xbox. After a long travel work week it was nice for him to be able to set up his console and shut his brain off. The other hotel we stayed at did not have the option so this was a surprise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities close by and nice and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. And I really appreciated their activity board that let us know places to go and things to do in the area. All...
