The stay was outstanding as advertised. My wife, as so many people are, is a huge fan of the movie Dirty Dancing. Seeing where many scenes of the movie were filmed was very nostalgic and enjoyable. The lodging is great and scenery beautiful.
Enjoyed exploring the grounds, our experience at the dining room was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable BUT in the middle of the night we heard noises and my purse mysteriously fell from the desk to the ground and scattered my stuff around the room.
We had the time of our lives! We stayed in the Chestnut Cottage. Which was clean and so nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are a Dirty Dancing Fan. I would advice you to come and stay for a bit and take in all the activities and enjoy making memories Where the best film was made. ❤️
Wow, wow, wow. Everything was perfect. The hotel and connection to the film was the reason we visited but it’s a magnificent hotel and area without that. Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend. Loved it. It was our favourite destination on our road trip.
We loved the Dirty Dancing Scavenger Hunt the hotel provided. Everything was clean. However, the rooms either had no air-conditioner or only a window unit, so it was very hot and very noisy because of the window fans. We also found the beds were too hard for us. Other than that, we had a great time, and enjoyed the beautiful location and memorabilia dedicated to Dirty Dancing.

The property itself is beautiful-looks like the movie. We stayed in cabin 313.
As soon as we cracked the seal on the door, the smell of mold and mildew hit us. The room could use some updating, but again it is a rustic cabin.
Found 2 hairs in the bed and shower. We were due to stay 2 nights but checked out at 0500 next am.
Staff were friendly and helpful. If we stayed again, would be in the resort itself.
The chestnut Lodge we stayed in was wonderful The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. My needs. The food was great and the view was even better. Would come back here again.
They don't tell you when you're booking a room that are no elevator's in the main lodge. Nor do they let you know there no TV'S in the main lodge. Shawn with maintenance was amazing, he carried 99 percent of our things up two flights of stairs. My sister is on oxygen, cound not walk hardly any where. Lauren at the front desk got us a golf cart for our stay. They are great employees.
Room clean but dated
Staff very helpful and proud
Expensive hotel compare to others in areas but paying for dirty dancing movie experience
Very very clean hotel and grounds
The Chestnut Lodge accommodations were nice. They had a Keurig in the room. The rooms were clean, and spacious. Beautiful views and very relaxing place. We enjoyed dining at the library and hanging out in the main stone lodge lobby area. We also done a private tour of all the scene film locations to the movie Dirty Dancing.
Very nice room, up to date and clean. It is a beautiful place that is taken care of.
The food in the restaurant was excellent!

We stayed in the Chestnut lodge. The room was clean although a bot worn. The personell was friendly and lovely. The breakfast is good. For a fangirl staying at Kellermans was brilliant, seing the location of the movie.
Very peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms and well maintained property. We had issues with the ac control and the food wasn’t that great but overall was a wonderful experience and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff, we appreciate your hospitality!
