"The area was decent. The hotel is located directly across the street from Lenox mall. The room I was placed and had a broken sink and it was the only king size bedroom available, so I was stuck in the room with no sink for the duration of the night the following day I was placed in my new room at 5 PM."

"We arrived at 8:30 pm and was told our reservation was cancelled because the scheduling process overbooked customers. We made our reservation some time ago, so it was a good rate. I asked when we were cancelled and they said around noon. I checked my emails and text messages and did not receive any notice that our room was cancelled. We needed to go to 2 other hotels before we found a room and it was a last one available. Rooms were probably scarce because the Atlanta Braves were playing...
