"Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. Curtains let in spot of light so don’t plan to sleep late. Also noisy outside but it is in downtown Seattle so that’s to be expected."

"It’s a lovely property however the quality of bed linens and mattress were not worthy of a 5 star hotel. The sheets felt like a stiff synthetic material and there were lumps on the mattress. Dinner at Shuckers was expensive but delicious with great service. Subtracted a star for the bed linens and mattress, needs improvement."

"Checked in and dirty towels on floor with blood on them. Went back Angela front desk was rude, I asked to speak to manager, she typed ignored me and then said one available tomorrow. I asked how to get solution today. Manager comped from so I could find another hotel. I have stayed here since they opened. Loved the staff, but now the rudeness, cleanliness is an issue. Breakfast is now subpar it’s a fallen gem. Was my favorite. :("
