"The room was amazing and we loved how everything was in walking distance. Room/hotel lobby was super clean and the ac was great. Staff we didn’t see much but when we did all super friendly greeted us when we’d leave or asked if we had a good time exploring the city. We will definitely come back in the future."

"I found hairs on the bathroom wall. It would also be nice if the hotel updated the curtains and room furniture. Before booking this hotel, I looked at the pictures and was especially impressed by the bellboys wearing uniforms similar to the traditional guards in England. This gave me the impression that the hotel was classy and luxurious. However, the reality was disappointing. The bellboys were wearing polo shirts instead of the elegant uniforms shown in the pictures. I was disappointed because the actual experience did not match the impression I got from the photos."

"We were there only for the one night to catch a cruise. Jesse, who was the bellman when we arrived, was particularly helpful. The parking valet, whom I did not get his name, managed to get my husband ‘s electric Scooter into the van along with 6 pieces of large luggage. The rooms are designed well. The TV is big. The bed is comfortable and large and the room was quiet perfect."
