"The breakfast was very good, the staff were helpful and kind. With the exception of one night shift character that gets a little irritable and inconvenienced when you bother her because of letting your laundry go a little late by accident or needing to get through a different door. Everyone else was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable in the rooms are nice and updated. Excellent place to stay in not the greatest area! If you need to be in the area for closeness to the airport and want to have a deal this is a good place to stay to get the best bang for your buck and also be comfortable, well fed, treated excellent, and not pay near the price as some other places that are of equal quality."

"Clean room, beds aren't very comfortable, ac didn't work in my room well, and shortcuts obvious with 'updates'. There weren't even any light bulbs in my lamps or anything and I went and purchased some for my room. The bathroom and shower are bizarre.."

The staff are unbelievably hospitable and kind and attentive! The rooms are excellent in the beds are just solid clouds sent straight from heaven. Best sleep of my life! Not to mention the cleanliness and the updated amenities..... This place is hands down the best place you can stay when wanting to be close to the airport or in any area close to downtown or Oklahoma city. It's hit or miss with hotels in this area but this hotel is not only a hit..... It's home run after home run after home run!"

"The hotel is dated. Bathrooms were clean. Couch in our room was worn and stained. Had 1 towel in a suite reserved for 4. Balcony was very small and no view. The indoor pool was not heated and not well maintained. The valet process took a long time."
