"Fomos com nosso filho de 6 anos e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa. Desde o check-in até o check-out, fomos muito bem acolhidos por toda a equipe e realmente nos sentimos em casa. A hospitalidade foi um dos pontos que mais nos encantou. Recebemos um upgrade de quarto, e a suíte superou nossas expectativas. Era tão espaçosa, confortável e agradável que parecia que estávamos em nossa própria casa, com espaço de sobra para toda a família descansar e aproveitar a estadia. Como chegamos muito tarde na noite anterior, o hotel ainda teve a gentileza de nos oferecer um check-out tardio, permitindo que descansássemos com tranquilidade. São esses cuidados e gentilezas que fazem toda a diferença em uma viagem. Amamos a experiência, nos sentimos muito bem cuidados e certamente voltaremos!"

"Beautiful lodge, however we were without water for almost 24 hours. That was very stressful. Staff did provide water bottles in the meantime at no cost. The bed was very comfy. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked lovely!"

"If you like Nature, this is the right place to go Wonderful place I think specially for families but basically for everybody very helpful staff beautiful big swimming pool all surrounded by nature, hummingbirds and butterflies. We would have liked to stay more time if we would have known we would better stay there from the beginning."

"The hotel is a standard type with beautiful grounds and pool. The rooms are clean and roomy with all the traditional comforts of contemporary hotel. The stay includes breakfast and dinner but the dinner service is basic. The staff is very professional and helpful- they assisted us with our last minute requests."
