"Very mixed. Older part of the hotel is poor. Newer part of the hotel is nice. They are very different. Staff appear junior and little experience so ran into some issues that took time to resolve. Breakfast average. Location is excellent."

I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."

"The place is clean serves its purpose. However be mindful this hotel has you trapped with their over priced photos banning any take away deliveries to the hotel. The receptionist last night on arrival was scary, no people skills at all and made us wait minutes whilst she rudely carried on typing. Just not a good welcome or feel. "Tiny room , hard to find place for a medium size luggage , certainly not 20sqm, broken furniture. Poor signed posted, GPS send me to a dead end , poor breakfast certainly not what it looks like on the photos"
