"Although the pool was listed as an amenity, it was not available. Should have been noted on the website. No fresh water fountains in operating order. Pretty bad if utilizing gym.No foot bands on functional trainer. Had plenty of hot water in coffee area but NO TEA??? Could understand being out of orange juice for one breakfast but all four nights of our stay?? The Mrs. Requested an extra towel but was refused!! Really?! Staff were the high point. Can’t see us considering The Best Western on...
