"The host Nino is the best! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcome and also took us to interesting places. He helped us book all our excursions, to Mount Ijen. He took us around town and we got to see places off the tourist path! He also cooks food with his family nearby, and was willing to feed us at any time! My friends arrived around 12 am and he cooked us all dinner and gave us welcome tea as well!! The food was DELICIOUS!! The best Nasi Goreng we had our entire...

"We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!"

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the Indonesian breakfast was ample.
Car required for this location. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside.
The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. "

The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus!

Although I hadn't notified them and their check-in was closed from 10pm there was no complaint or difficulty with check in. This was great service. "My wife and I stayed at Melaya Estate for 3 nights in September 2025. The villa is spacious and comfortable. There is a private pool and direct beach access. It's a quiet area, very peaceful. The staff is excellent. You tell them what you want from their menu and they bring the food to your villa at the specified time. The food is excellent. We are birders and the manager arranged for a driver to take us to the Bali Barat National Park, about 20 minutes away. We highly recommend these...
