"A beautiful place but it has a few minor shortfalls The pool is lovely but no bar service We were in a group of four couples and none of us could work the phones to get reception or room service We couldn’t get into our rooms until 4:30pm which makes it difficult Two of the four couples found their rooms a bit average for the price"

"La stanza era spaziosa e abbastanza pulita. Semplice e un po' vetusta negli arredi ma sono stata bene. Il personale era disponibile e gentile. Avevo richiesto una stanza con vista sul castello e così è stato. Francamente vale la pena anche solo per quello. Inoltre si è in pienissimo centro, a sette/otto minuti max dalla stazione, con tutti i servizi intorno. Di fronte ci sono dei giardini pubblici e una chiesa. Lo risceglierei per un soggiorno breve a Blois."

"Beautiful well kept hotel with true 5 star service. Rooms are beautifully decorated and a good size. The indoor pool is nice but they should have a sign that says it is a quiet pool as we were told off by staff that we were being too loud. Aside from this incident, the breakfast was nice and varied, check in and check out was smooth."

"We arrived hot and tired after a long drive.. Blois Novotel was a welcome relief. Reception was helpful and smiley... plus the air con a delight! And the gated outdoor car park and secure bike store were exactly right. Rooms very clean and 'fit for purpose', comfortable bed good sheets. The hotel was everything we needed !! Also very quiet."
