"The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."

"My mom and I stayed five nights for a concert in the area. The stay was comfortable and mostly quiet, if you don't mind the planes coming in and out from the nearby airport. The staff was very friendly, especially the ladies who assisted us at the restaurant. We booked a room with a view of NYC skyline, which was a nice bonus. We would stay here again if we needed to be in the area."

"The reason why I gave 3-4 stars is because the rooms are outdated and can do better with general maintenance and cleaning. There are rugged floors and there was a crack in the door to the bathroom or someone punched it.. And also on the light switch. Upon arrival, there was some construction happening near the entrance. Front desk had room right away when I checked in. I reminded them I needed a crib, which housekeeping brought up. It was dirty so I cleaned it. I always bring disinfectant wipes with me no matter what and also cleaned the shower a bit. There was some hairs on the bottom of shower and I saw some black mold in overflow section of sink. Main pros: Room was ready right away, there is an indoor pool open until 10pm but not heated. There is a bistro in front lounge. However, continental breakfast is not included unless you purchased while booking. Not sure how much it would be if paid on site. I purchased when booking and it was good. The hostess are really nice at front as well. There are 2 seating areas-one on the top and then down some stairs, so we stayed on the upper since we had the baby in a stroller. Overall, I would book again."

"Property needed some cleaning externally. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful but felt like they were too busy conversing among themselves than helping customers. Felt like I had to wait on them to finish their conversation before getting help. Breakfast was good and staff was on top of clearing out tables for next guests. Location was convenient to a few shops and eateries close by. Would stay again in future."

"Room was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Parking was a little confusing but we managed to get ourselves settled. Only complaint was the A/C turning off and on during the night, impairing our sleep before the BTS Concert at the METLIFE STADIUM. Overall stay is a solid 4.5/5! Thank you for letting us stay for the night!"
