"Three night stay. Everything about this hotel was excellent except that our room smelled like a vacuum cleaner’s dust bag. Dirty. The room didn’t look dirty, but the carpet made our bare feet dirty, and that smell was awful."

"The room was clean, the beds were good. The mini fridge didn't cool, called for assistance, an hour later they brought us more towels instead. Called again, they brought a new mini fridge, that also did not cool. They removed all of the temperature control knobs from it and stated it worked on detection. It did not keep a bottle of soda cold and our food had to be thrown out. Told them at check out, they didn't seem to care."

"Staff was horrible, didnt state anywhere on the app that this hotel was check in only for 21+. drove 2hrs for a work trip and arrived after the 8hr weekend shift and was not allowed to check in. Took my money and had to call around for 2hrs at 12 at night to find a hotel and pay --- out of pocket of 1 night that was supposed to be much less like (--"
