"A small thing but a big thing. There was no shampoo in the dispenser and the hand lotion ran out later that day. Notified front desk about getting more hand lotion and assuming the chamber made would fill up the shampoo but it did not happen."

"The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed very comfortable. Nice little fridge, microwave and coffee machine.
The breakfast was good, enough choice but no bread to toast, only bagel (that I dislike). There was a large coffee machine with lots of different coffees, the cappuccino was delicious.
I must say the room was a bit noisy, being close to a road. I had to wear earplugs and did not hear the alarm ☹️.
I did not use the hit tub."

"This hotel stay was based on ratings and it did not hold up to it. The hotel itself is old and in poor condition. The bedspreads and sheets were old and had makeup stains. The towels were so old and thin they had holes. The pool had a vent for the fumes due to the amount of bleach it had. There is no elevator access only dirty carpet stairs. I do not recommend this hotel. The staff was polite and the bathroom was clean. AC worked and helped with the odors."
