"The room was huge, spotless, so comfortable. The staff was excellent to work with and so kind. The only thing they were missing was robes in the room. Everything else was fantastic! "

"This was a nice place to stay. The breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices. The room had comfortable beds with several pillow choices. The room was clean and we had plenty of towels as well as shampoo and conditioner and soap. I was impressed that as large as the building was, there were plenty of elevators, so we were never left waiting for one to come up or down. "We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. "
