"The room was very clean and nice but the air conditioner didnt work great for the hotter days on Wednesday and Thursdays. Our room was pretty warm but we managed. Dont like to complain. "

"The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. "We had a great stay at The Thousand Hills Resort in Branson. Room price was fantastic for a weekend getaway with the kids and rooms were very clean and comfortable for us. "

"Excellent place to stay. The room was spacious and clean. Excellent view and the restaurant attached Steamy Joes Cafe had delicious food with reasonable prices. Kaily and Ashley went above and beyond taking care of us! The owners of this establishment were very kind and gracious to me and my family. We can’t wait to come back! "

"The property location was nice – away from the hustle and bustle, but conveniently located a short drive from anywhere you might want to go. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room kept us cool while it was running, but the room got very warm between cycles. The price of our stay was very good compared to other properties we considered. We would absolutely stay again."

"Very basic - met our needs though. Pillows were too puffy and beds were old and springy"

"Breakfast was good but it should have more variety and change it up so it didn't become the same old same old. We did notice what appeared to us as a vagrant in the parking lot when we returned from a show between the theatre and hotel. That was a turn off."

"This was our second stay at the Suites at Fall Creek. During our first stay, we had an updated one bedroom condo, which was fabulous. This most recent stay, we had an older one bedroom condo that wasn’t quite as nice, but it was still a really good value. I was missing the updated bathroom this time, but once I figured out how to turn down the pressure on the shower head, it was all good. We enjoyed the pool, playground, and putt putt golf course. "The room was the cleanest ive ever been in, that wasnt brand new. I came in off season so i expected thing not to be in full swing… and it was super quiet! Both great! But they advertised “pet friendly” but when we arrived with our dog, it was almost a problem. Our dog is a service dog so nothing else was said about that. Then looking around the “pet park or area” they advertised had a couple of very large, barking dogs and a goat i think? So that wasnt an option… other than being super clean it...

"It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back.
