"I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time."

"Stayed in June and I have another trip to Branson in July. Will be staying here again. Wonderful people and good food."

"The room was not ready!! Beds weren't made. Towels on floor trash everywhere. Said they could not clean housekeeping was not there. Could not get another room all booked. I'm 73 used Expedia lost money and handicapped. Did not need this abuse. I would like our money back!!!!!!! Terrible terrible experience. Was there to watch my grandaughter perform in competition. Four hours away from home What can be done"

"First room they gave me reeked of smoke.The parking lot outside the room was covered in used cigarettes. Loaded my belongings back in car & returned to office. Offered me another room 2 doors down from previous room. No thank u! A lady walked out of hotel room smoking a cigarette while we where reloading the car.Finally gave us a room on inside which is what I signed up for when I made reservations.that room was fine!!!!!! Breakfast was phenomenal. Pools & hot tub were nice!"

"Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best."

"This property was well preserved in it's late 70's decor. Carpeted bathrooms, elaborate large fabric drapes, some of the first flat panel televisions ever made. It was clean, spacious and nicely located. Could probably use a significant renovation however."

"My only concern was the elevators were not conveniently located and the pool was in a poor location. Really a very nice place to stay."

"Good hotel that was very clean. The staff and the counter assistants were really helpful and caring. The hotel and rooms were clean. Buffet was typical, but very good. There are chances to improve, but for the price I paid, there is nothing to complain about."

"The room smelled terrible and was very outdated. Staff was not friendly. The only reason I booked this place was for the pool and the in room hot tub. There's a reason there aren't many photos.. I wouldn't let my kids swim in the pool because it was full of debris and very cloudy. I booked a two day stay but decided to leave early the first day because it was just a disappointment. The sign in the parking lot warning visitors to lock their cars says it all."

"The bed and linens were very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub in the room. The pillows are on the small hard side, so might want to bring yours if you prefer different from that. Location was perfect and maintenance man came within five or 10 minutes when we had a toilet flushing issue. Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"The description is deceiving to say it holds 5 people because a double bed and twin bunk bed but the double is under bunk very inconvenient. Tv in that room cable did not work."
