"The resort was clean, and the views were beautiful. However, one major disappointment was that guests are not allowed to swim at the beach after 6:00 PM. Since the weather during the day can be extremely hot, many people would prefer to enjoy the beach later in the evening when it’s cooler. The biggest letdown, though, was the food. During our two-night stay, we didn’t have a single meal that we truly enjoyed. The food was significantly overpriced, which I wouldn’t have minded if the quality...

"Well.... it has a very nice pool. Expect to feel ignored, unimportant, and at times in the way. This place could be very nice, they just need to fix their attitude and realize who's actually paying to stay there. In the hands of another top tier hotel, this could be a fabulous place to stay. I'm not sure why ownership doesnt get it. Yes, the locals who have the money to stay there are more than willing to tolerate feeling like they should be treated poorly, but anyone else will feel it right...

"I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...

"Staff are friendly and responsive to guests requests. The included breakfast at Bramble is excellent. A daily personal note with snacks delivered by staff was a nice touch during our entire stay. Room is big with king size bed. Housekeeping cleans room daily. The air conditioning is excellent. Hotel at Poblacion location is perfect and easy walk to Bangkerohan, People's Park, Gaisano Mall, Museum, San Pedro Church, City Hall, Quezon Park, Rizal Park, etc. Provides umbrella for guests use. "Very nice. Low key and chill. It's different from the box hotels im use to. I really like it. It is very clean and the staff is amazing. It is minimal but very nice and well maintained. The room has a firm bed a flat screen tv and small table with 2 chairs and a mini fridge. The bathroom has a nice large toilet with a large shower/tub. They will cook for you for a very small fee. They also got me a taxi to the airport. It is very close to the airport. Maybe 3 to 5 min. They have drinking...
