"My husband and I booked a King size bed with our 2 daughters. I have a three year old and an 11 month old. They were able to provide us with a crib and foldable single bed for my 3 year old. Our room had a Jaccuzi in it and bath tub with shower. Their breakfast was great along with their hot tub, pool, and kiddie pool. The man at the front desk was so kind and made sure we were comfortable our whole stay. Highly recommend!"

"Upon the check in and the check out, 2 staff members stood out. I checked in on 7/18/26 at around 2 p.m. The clerk was friendly, professional, and helpful. He did everything to make us feel welcomed. When we came back to our room around 5:00 p.m. and clerk was on duty. She too was friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole city lost power and she kept us of informed of the repairs. This was a very reasonable priced clean hotel. I would definitely return."

"Lady at counter was rude. Tv didn’t work spectrum service didn’t work at all. Lost power so had no way to charge phones. Pool was broken. Trash in our room we checked in. AC wouldn’t work and was 80 degrees in our room Would not recommend at all. The hotel is not willing to even give a partial refund when most things you pay for aren’t available to you."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Interstate Inn! We had originally planned a weekend in Hico, but our Airbnb didn’t work out, and we were so thankful to find a room here—especially since we were traveling with our pup. Finding a dog-friendly place at the last minute isn’t always easy, and the Interstate Inn was the perfect surprise. The retro decor is so charming and thoughtfully done. "The room was not clean. No coffee. The worst pillows I have ever slept on. They aren't even a standard pillow. More the size of a small throw pillow. Top sheet had a burn hole in it."

"The room was great!! Bed extremely comfortable and the room spacious for us and our grandsons! Breakfast was very good! They kept the hot breakfast items filled and the food was great!! The wading pool was awesome. The large pool was good. A little dirty with some leaves, bugs, etc however not terrible."
