Bathroom is way too small!!! Hallways light up as you go by but seem very dark until you are close. Would not go there again. No hand towel on arrival. Hair dryer did not work.

nada pésimo servicio, la señorita muy descortés y grosera, nunca me asignaron habitación, me hizo regresar varias veces, argumentando no tenía sistema.

Se fue la luz en boca del río el día 30 de mayo en general,pero el hotel no contaba con planta de luz, ocasionó que no se tuviera mínimo agua para los escusados. Cuando regresa la luz no servía el aire acondicionado seguíamos sin agua, no había TV. Posteriormente a las 4 am nos tocan la habitación porque nos teníamos que cambiar por una fuga de agua y se estaba metiendo a nuestra habitación. En la habitación que nos cambian no servía el aire acondicionado se reporta y nos vuelven a cambiar de habitación. El día 31 de mayo en la mañana llueve muy fuerte en boca del río, la sorpresa fue que la alberca al ser descubierta se quedó con agua de lluvia estaba sucia con hoja de árboles y fría, al preguntar al personal al respecto nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada y esto ocasionó que no utilizaramos la alberca en nuestra estancia.
