"Nice location, friendly staff. We stayed for one night before heading to Male early in the morning. The hotel organized us a night fishing with proper gear (only one per three persons) and knowledgeable fishermen. Afterwards they grilled the catch and prepared us a proper goodbye dinner. "We stayed for three nights in an overwater bungalow on the sunset side and were blessed with great weather, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets every day. Since we chose the all-inclusive plan, we were able to fully enjoy our stay without worrying about costs. The optional snorkeling tour was also wonderful, as we got to swim with many fish. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant, making our stay truly wonderful and memorable. I hope to visit again someday."

I searched high and low across the Maldives for a quiet, affordable, no-frills retreat where I could spend two weeks in peace. What I discovered at Belmar Beach was far more than I hoped for—it was a profoundly rich and unforgettable experience. My room opened directly onto the beach, and every morning felt like magic. The staff, including Abdula and Mohamed, were endlessly kind and attentive, always ready to help organize day trips or even excursions to nearby resort islands if you craved a cocktail or a change of scenery. My final night is something I’ll never forget. Feeling a little sad to be leaving, I was surprised and deeply touched when the staff arranged a private dinner for me at a little table set directly in front of the shimmering sea. It was the perfect farewell. If you’re looking for over-water villas and flashy luxury, this is not the place for you. But if what you seek is peace, cleanliness, simple but delicious meals, and truly outstanding service, Belmar Beach is a gem. I know I’ll be back. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so special."

"After a horrific speed boat transfer from Malé to Kuramathi in storm conditions and rough seas in a small boat the rest of the visit was wonderful. We had a water villa with a pool which was sparkling clean. We were AI and the buffet meals were so delicious we never even tried any a la carte dining. Scuba and snorkeling was magnificent the diving center professional were so very kind and aquatic team for snorkeling made sure we saw plenty of turtles on our snorkel trip. Staff were so accommodating and friendly, we felt completely at ease. Thank you Kuramathi for a memorable trip."
