"It was a busy day when we checked in at 3:15, many rooms were not ready. We received a room and when we went to it, the door was open and the room was not fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We inquired with the front and it took about 15-20 minutes before they sent someone to finish the room. After this situation, everything else was okay. "

"The place is old and needs more maintenance but the people at the front desk are great. They have breakfast included and coffee all day. Great for a short visit, in and out. They have every other day room service. If you need fresh towels just ask for them"

"This was not your typical Courtyard Marriott. First impression was the parking lot which was riddled with pot holes and the exterior needed a little upkeep. Check in was easy and receptionist was friendly. The worst part was when basketball team teens were running in the hallways at midnight NOONE was answering the phones at the front desk. Didn’t get much sleep and unfortunately there was no help."

"I reserved a room with two beds for our family and a week before they moved the 3 of us to one king bed and made me purchase an extra room. One of our rooms was never serviced by housekeeping and the front desk does not answer the phone nor is a GM available. Our shower was a trickle of water in one of the rooms. The location however is super which is no doubt why we were treated this way at a Marriott property."

"Buyer Beware! Our room was not ready at 4:20 pm so went to our event. Came back at 12:30. It was a handicap access room (not requested). Carpet was wet, stained, gum smashed in carpet. Toilet ran, had to take lid of to fix each time. TV and remote did not work. Mirrors not clean. Long black hairs all over bathroom floor. The only time someone was at the front desk was when we TRIED to check in - otherwise you had to ring a bell or call a number. Hallway was filthy- not vacuumed. Bathroom had...

"Room smelled terribly of smoke and had clearly not been cleaned. There was garbage on the floor "

"No breakfast, only coffee and muffins. Room smelled of fish and ten cans of bounce dat ass! TV didn’t work, lamp by bed didn’t work. Tried to check in at 4, no clean rooms available. Left and came back, still no room. Didn’t get in until around 8pm. Didn’t get the king studio I reserved, never going back! "
