"Property needs some updates. Overall staff was very friendly. Ice machines were down and one of the housekeepers offered to grab me ice from the main floor which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Main lobby area is well kept but the halls had soft spots in the floor, carpet was dirty, had a funky odor in the room and just overall not impressed especially for the cost. Not up to the brand name. I would not stay again, especially at that price."

"It was a very good place to stay especially given the price. The breakfast was WAY better than most hotels-- the eggs, etc, were actually made there. Real waffles, not frozen. I'm glad we discovered this place!"

"There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing."

"The room itself was clean and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and we had a restful sleep. However, we chose this hotel because it listed a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed due to understaffing, but you could buy beer from the reception desk. Also, the two luggage trollies available were damaged so that using either was difficult; one had a broken wheel and the other had a flat wheel and the upper carriage was attached to the trolly in two of the four spots. Aparte de todo me cobraron una cobija porque segun la housekeeping dijo que no estaba en la habitación (Ellos se inventaron eso para cobrarme 100$ extra). Totalmente horrible"

"I didn’t like anything cause I don’t get a room after driving seven hours I got there at midnight they said they dont have rooms even though I had reservation with Expedia they blamed Expedia that they overbooked"

"Staff was great. Office closes at 10pm so make sure if you run out to you car you have your key. Outside in the back were I walked the dog looked like a homeless camp. Parking lot very dirty. We had no power so didn’t have many choices with a dog. Price was great and lots of food options close"

"The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas.
