Tengo que decir que después de Pandemia bajaron mucho a nivel de servicio y oferta en el desayuno y dejé de ir a este hotel. Me recomendaron volver y tengo que decir que han recuperado el nivel pre-pandemia. Enhorabuena! Solo pondría un pero, son realmente lentos en el servicio de restaurantez. La gente de recepción súper amables y atentos y el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones de 10.

The staf here is amazing, the room is very clean , comfortable, the hotel is very pretty and well maintained .Breakfast wasnt my favorite but more than that hotel is great. I highly recommend.

Es seguro, tranquilo y el sitio tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor. Transporte excelente. Falta tener café en las habitaciones al despertar. El parqueadero muy difícil para parquear.

Very good hotel overall. The beds are extremely uncomfortable (too hard) but this is very common in most communication Colombian hotels. The gym was small with limited equipment. The rooftop pool was not functional. Other than that, room was clean and quiet and then location is good.

I want to thank Alexander (receptionist) and Steven: bar) for their amazing service. However, I will not be back to exe 95. Every night for 4 nights I was freezing in the room it's a thermostat in the room for decoration. When I called the guy told yeah that's how it is I asked for a portable heater and he laugh however when I called the next day ALEXANDER helped me and was so nice and sent me a heater. Breakfast awful... No clean tables at all, and you have to be in line to get coffee mugs and utensils from the staff. Steven was the ONLY one at breakfast trying to do everything by HIMSELF running around to please guests. WE THANK YOU! Oh, the shower doesn't have a water stop at the door so water will run all over the room, awful. Location great

Excelente desayuno y ubicación. Buena elección.
Es la segunda oportunidad que nos alojamos en el Exe Bacata 95, pues en la primera ocasión nos fue muy bien. Desafortunadamente está vez no fue así. La primera noche el aire acondicionado no funcionó y tuvimos que abrir la ventana para poder enfriar algo el cuarto, con la consecuencia de que el ruido exterior fue muy incómodo. El segundo y tercer día nos quitaton las 2 toallas y dejaron 1 sola (fuimos en pareja) y No pusieron jabón. Pero el aire ya funcionó (al menos eso creo). Pero hay que destacar el muy buen desayuno buffet , la ubicación del hotel y la amabilidad del personal. Pienso volver para ver si ya han corregido los pequeños inconvenientes que se presentaron, pues me gusta el hotel.

Un hotel bien ubicado, una habitación que era una nevera del frío que hacía, no tenía como calefaccionar, y tampoco un cobertor adicional para la cama, la caja de seguridad no funcionaba y tuve que esperar al día siguiente para que la repararan. Debías pedir las cosas varias veces para que te atendieran.

The only thing I didn't like were the towels and replacement of the material in the bathrooms that we always asked to replace, as well as the pillow cases. The rest was excellent. A pity that for these details they can lower the quality of the service they offer

Pool under construction, minimum staff, no bell bottom or cart available to bring up luggage. On my departure I asked for the card and they said it was full. I had to carry all my heavy luggage downstairs myself. Rooms are very small so without the pool amenity it’s not worth it to stay there. Laugh noise from club/ bar next door. Internet was decent. Air conditioning fan was extremely low and had a rattling noise so we had to turn it off. Towels look very old. But for the price $54 it was a decent stay. The area around it was very nice and walkable. Vivky was very nice and helpful even though she was by herself at all times times. I only saw three employees throughout hours to they stay in the entire hotel.

This was my third time staying at this property, and I will say that the quality has declined in the last few years. The staff and service has always been excellent. However, some parts of the hotel have become a bit more run-down. There were cracks in the walls and issues with plumbing (I stayed with a group and a majority of people had issues with the shower not draining, toilet backing up, sewer smell, etc.). Also the heat/ac was controlled by the hotel and thus we were a little warm overnight. Towels and sheets were a bit stiff and could be replaced. The breakfast used to be a buffet but due to covid was now an ordering situation with fewer options- I'd consider it a downgrade.
