Room Too Cold, Uninsulated Windows, No Hot Water

The staff was amazing, the Location Excellent. However, when it comes to comfort, things aren't the best. Firstly, considering its Usaquen and close to mountain range, the rooms get way too Cold, there is no heating in the room, the blankets and duvets are do not enough to resist how severely cold it gets at night. The windows are not insulated and therefore it doesnt help. The shower does not deliver Hot water, it is only cold to luke warm which leaves you to freeze. I have never seen such shower ever in a Hotel and there is no pressure to the water. The showers are the worst part. The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. If they improve on these issues they might well be the best boutique hotel in Bogota. I hope they take reviews seriously.
