"Juanita “Baby Ruby” and her staff at Tingum Village were extremely helpful and kind during our stay. They are very attentive to their guests and are genuinely concerned with making sure you are taken care of. We had dinner one night at Ma Ruby’s and it was good. Our room was nice and had a balcony. The water pressure is very weak but I think that’s everywhere in the Bahamas. The big jacuzzi in our room unfortunately did not work. "We had a wonderful stay at Coral Sands. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was attentive and kind. We ate breakfast each morning at the resort and had a pizza dinner one night-the food was delicious. Beach access is made easy. The pool was a nice addition although we preferred to be on the beach."

However, the Pink Sands is tired and needs attention to deferred maintenance along with some wholesale capital improvements. The employees were helpful and attentive but they could use some training as to decorum and attention to details. Overall, the experience there was a disappointment because we were paying such a high price and frustrated by endless issues. Willing but shoddy service. ...

All amazing people! Two private beaches, great pool and view. Incredible restaurant, great breakfast. Everything is great in this hotel."
