Carpet in rooms (we reserved 3) was filthy. No onsite parking, have to park in public garage adjacent to hotel at $15 a day per car, and the surcharge for breakfast is $15 a person. Will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again.

This is my favorite place to stay in Boise. Everything is close by. There is a bar and dining on site. The staff is always polite and the place is always clean.❤

Our room was on the top (5th) floor and was on side of hotel that was facing a very, very busy road that had extreme road traffic ...very noisy !!! Also we tried to use the in-room controls for the heating/air conditioning to drown out the extreme road noise and did report it to the front desk

The parking garage was a nice option, the staff was very friendly, the room was very bright and super clean. One of my favorite things was the setup of the room and how it offered some good storage spaces. I loved that the room could be clean while living out of a suitcase

The pool and hot tub closes at 10pm instead of staying open 24 hours. The pool is small and the hot tub water was yellowish. The pool was full of one large family and there was no room for others to go in the pool unless they wanted to endure angry stares and stand in an over crowded pool. The hot tub already had four people in it and they did not look like they were ready to budge. I believe this party intended to stay the until 10pm close time. It was already 8:46pm so there was no chance that I could comfortably use the pool or the hot tub. Another problem was that I had pay for parking. I've never experienced this at a hotel that is accommodating guests. The room was nice but the amenities that meant most to me- the pool, hot tub and parking, were not available or available at an extra fee.

Did not like how dirty all the furniture was and the cheap bedding. Bathroom was also very dirty and on top of that, the heater was broken. Not a fun experience. Especially because we had to stay due to a severe emergency.

Got this room at a good price last minutes. Few things I didnt like was that it didnt supply any makeup remover wipes like hotels normally do and there wasn't a fan switch for the bathroom. Other than that it was great. Fast check in and easy parking. Parking did cost $15 which seemed like a lot, but it was in the parking garage behind the hotel. Bedding and pillows were comfy. Room was warm when we arrived but we turned the ac on and it cooled down perfectly. I would stay here again for sure.

Friendly and responsive staff. Clean facilities and walking distance to multiple needs. Uber ride from and to the airport from here was 12-15 dollars. My 9 y/o enjoyed the pool. It was small but perfect for a small group and was 5 feet at its deepest end.
