"I think the biggest drawback was the time to receive a service here. One night it took 4.5 hours for the service desk to connect to house cleaning to provide fresh bedding thus delaying our ability to get a good night’s sleep. The check-in line at night could be up to two hours to get checked in for new guests. We had to find our own clean towels daily."

"Not the best experience from the get go. Was told we could not use the luggage cart by ourselves and then was badgered into tipping. Asked for a crib on check in and was told they would send one up. We never received it and then had to leave for dinner hoping it would be there when we returned. It was not and I sent my husband down to ask. My husband did not realize I asked at check in rather than “booking at the time of the reservation” the manager who was helping him was very rude to him about how that isn’t how it works and you have to ask when you check in (mind you that is exactly what I HAD done). On top of that the rooms are not maintained all that well (though I do understand it’s an old building). The bathroom door didn’t close at all and the light in the closet wouldn’t turn off. Additionally only one elevator was working, which they didn’t realize until my husband asked one of the security guards about it as the lights were not illuminated for the floors. With a jogging stroller we often had to wait a long time for a car that was empty enough for us to fit when trying to return to the lobby."

"I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there was a continuous noise coming from an area near the entrance of the room, across from the bathroom door. The sound resembled running water and never seemed to stop, even during the night. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our stay. We were traveling with a baby, and both the noise and the difficulty sleeping became a major issue for our family. A good night's sleep is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and this problem greatly affected our comfort. I was also disappointed with the in-room coffee station. It contained only one tea bag, two cups, and three coffee packets, all of which were decaffeinated. A more complete selection would have been appreciated. Additionally, the view from Room 401 was not particularly enjoyable and fell below what I expected from this property. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the efforts of the staff, the constant noise issue had a substantial negative impact on our overall experience. I hope the hotel can investigate this issue for future guests and consider an appropriate gesture to address the inconvenience caused during our stay."

"The stay was good until it was constant arguing and fighting from the neighbors kept me up thru the night and trying to find a working ice machine was definitely a cardio workout and still did not find one. No turn down service was provided the construction outside was an eye sore the cookies were amazing though bathroom was kinda dirty but didn’t complain just cleaned it myself overall it’s an average stay that was interrupted with fighting and arguing from neighbors"

"The $100 deposit is odd. I don’t remember having any hotel charge it or put a bank hold on it for 5-7 days after our departure. The room was clean & staff was friendly & helpful. The walk from the parking ramp was an inconvenience because I am mobility impaired. I made it, but it wasn’t ideal ."
