I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend."

"The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly."
