"While housekeeping kicked in day two, room had mosquitoes and we got bit terribly, internet connection was almost nonexistent, breakfast was one coffee+ croissant (How is this buffet breakfast), the people next room had their TV on all night long, there is no front desk until 2pm and she leaves at 8pm( when she is there, she is excellent, friendly, helpful- thank you for everything) don’t fall for shuttle..it is private car and charges 70 euros, housekeeping people are ok, room, bed- ok,...

"We stayed at this hotel as a group of nine and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding. The complimentary shuttle picked us up from the metro station and was always available whenever we needed a ride back.
We had an early check-out, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared packed breakfasts for us to take along. They also arranged our taxi to the airport, which made our departure completely stress-free.
During the hot summer days, we really appreciated that...

"Place is beautiful and very well kept. The staff wasn’t so friendly. They got upset because we were seating at “reserved” area that had no reservations signs, that their own staff sent us to eat because we could not eat by the pool. They had poor misalignment on our airport shuttle. Overall the place is nice, clean, and the drinks were good."

"We loved our stay at the Hotel San Francesco. The entire staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. Liz at reception gave us great recommendations, we enjoyed chatting with her. Smiley truly lives up to her name, lovely and helpful.
We enjoyed apperitivos at the rooftop lounge and were never disappointed with the food, drinks and service. We appreciated that they offer breakfast since most of our party prefers having a nutritious full breakfast before getting those 10k steps a day.

The front lobby very spacious with lots of extra seating if waiting for uber or searching restaurants etc before you head out for the day. Great experience! Did not get a chance to check out the views from the restaurant unfortunately. But would return again."
