"We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We found cockroaches every single day in various areas, including both large adults and many baby cockroaches, which suggests an ongoing infestation. They were mainly found in the kitchen, even though we kept the apartment clean throughout our stay and were careful not to leave food out. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to other travellers."

"The place is clean but set back is that there is Aircon in the rooms but this was o/come with cool weather in Melbourne. Toilets doors has no lock. And the place is Abit small for 4 occupants. There is no housekeeping services which is a let down. One saving grace is the gym and hot tub and sauna. But the location is superb and within walking distance to many nearby facilities like QVM and train station. The booking needs to clearly highlight that my booking is without house keeping. Thank you...

"The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so...

"The check in was an unpleasant start to the stay. It took us an hour to get our garage key (wrong code provided), get into the room and then park the car in the stacker. This included two trips to the car to unload our luggage and several calls to the staff for help. The staff member was so patient. Unfortunately the phone connection (Telstra) kept dropping out in the garage and later in the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, and was clean enough, although some of the bathroom...

"Abysmal service from check in staff. First time I’ve ever been given the bird and sworn at by staff when I queried why the deposit was 500% of the room cost. This is after being told to be “patient” while waiting on the street for 30mins to be able to check in. You check in a cafe. There is no reception. This is not disclosed by Expedia. And then Sakura tack on more conditions after the booking is secured. Also not disclosed at the time of booking, but relied upon to deny a refund. A 6pm curfew...

"Spacious quiet apartment, ideal for our family of five. Three toilets and two big bathrooms with baths and showers. Huge balcony - a BBQ or more comfortable furniture would make such a big empty area better. Check in very easy and host very helpful. Great location, easy to get to the city by free tram and public transport free in Victoria during April. Decent gym although would have preferred an indoor pool. A great stay, thank you. "
