"The pool was the perfect temperature, and the room was very clean. The staff was excellent. The pillows were hard and the stuffing in the comforter was balled up. Both should be replaced."

"This was exactly what we needed for a family wedding and much nicer than we expected. Our kids loved the pool and the rooms are nice and large. The elevator and the room key entry systems could use a little work, but overall it was a great stay."

"Quaint & homey style.. covered patio with rocking chairs. Staff were kind and professional. Carpet in hallways and our room looks new and clean. Establishment smells clean. Location is easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and major freeway. Price is affordable. I will be back and highly recommend this Best Western on Hwy 35 Waco."

"Gym was small but very well appointed. Nice equipment for the space. Room was spacious. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. King bed was softer, if you like that, you would be happy. Carpet was a bit dirty but the rest of the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was not great. Sampled an item or 2 and just found breakfast elsewhere. Hotel proximity to other attractions was good."

"The accommodations were conveniently located, were clean and quiet. To me, the breakfast left something to be desired, but that’s a personal opinion."

"Property was clean and staff was courteous and qualified. The only issue was probably some minor foundation issues on the end of the building we were in I guess. We had three rooms and the doors to the hallway and interior doors were all a little out of alignment and were a little hard to open and close. But the hallway doors were able to be secured. It did not affect our stay."

"Full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stovetop & a dishwasher in our room. Smelled a little musty but it was also 100+ heat index. Convenient location for us. Overall it was a great place to stay. We will be back!"
