"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. What a gem of a location too! Tip, if you stay Sunday night, a lot of the fun restaurants are closed but there are still a few great ones open. Casa Alejo is so yummy! Everything about The Star is great! I can’t wait to come back."

"As for a clean rooms yes it was clean and I want my room to be clean but as for the staff at night no help & rude our tv wouldn’t work I think if you pay for a room you should have a tv & we received no help we were told maintenance would help in the morning. what good is help in the morning when we are leaving. How about a new room? A working tv? Something other than we can help in the morning!"

"Check in didn’t go smoothly and had to change from a double bed room to a single bed room. After check in, our room didn’t have towels and didn’t smell clean."

"The room was pretty clean but I did do a bit of dusting on the headboard. There were a couple of food stains, actually food, on the couch cushions. I just flipped them. And we were disappointed that the hot tub was gone. Otherwise, it was good. The staff, as well as the other guests, was very nice! And the food from the bar was great!"

"Breakfast not included, told because didnt book full refund. I added insurance . Bed was lumpy. Booked two room whate connected . But got two together . Praying very busy place alot of Hotels close. Roo clean but only two towels and 1 roll toilet paper so not restocked before arrival had to go to desk ."

"There was a little mixup with our rooms, but they helped us work it out. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. We took the last parking spot and it was very loud and crowded inside. Rooms were quiet, AC was working but still pretty muggy inside."
