"We were in town for a night for a family reunion. The hotel was nice, especially for the price. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable."

"Called at 10 pm to tell them I would be arriving late, after midnight. They told me that they do not have a room for me. I told them I have a booking and they said it didn’t matter and that they’re all booked up. So they left me stranded and had to book a hotel for double the price on a Saturday night. However, they still charged me for my booking. Complete and utter headache and an unhelpful front desk."

"I was not happy the pool was not able to be used. I understand the roof being done, but we should have been notified that it wasn’t going to be open. The floors were not clean in the room, and I found several bugs. I also did not like that doors were left open to the outside and I didn’t feel safe. I had to pay to swim at a public pool and that was not okay. I even called to confirm my stay a week prior and I was not notified that the pool wasn’t gonna be open and so forth. I feel like a discount should be put in place or something as we book this a long time ago and we’re not told that you were gonna be under construction on the roof and when we checked, and we were also not told anything about the pool. "Staff was very polite. Room was not very clean. Tub didn’t drain, no modern amenities for charging electronics. Carpet was stained, comforter was stained and the pull out couch wasn’t very clean either. It looked like the pool needed to be cleaned as well, plus the hot tub was out of service. For the price I paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I really expected more from Holiday Inn!"

"I’m going to make this as nice as possible and maybe they will make things right. I spent two nights here with my family. We reserved two room. First they gave us two rooms on the second floor. My room was okay, dirty but okay… the girls room smelled like urine as soon as you walked in the door. Toilet was absolutely filthy. Door had a huge hole in it… we went and complained, they tried to give me a room upstairs, one room! Finally after complaining they gave me two rooms upstairs. Got settled in and bugs everywhere, not bed bugs… pincher bugs. In the sink, by the bed in the bathroom…. We’re by a wooded area so I just assumed that’s the reasoning behind the bugs. Oooh but second night letting the kids swim, kids with no parents in there, screaming and yelling. No towels,no lights just a mess… we left the pool area when we noticed a guy staring at the girls. We leave and come back around 2 am and I go to use the bathroom in the lobby and the bathroom was disgusting. Used lady diapers on the floor, trash over filled. Pads and tampons everywhere. Went upstairs to our room slept for 4 hours and left. I have pictures of most of what I’ve mentioned."

"This hotel is just ok, nothing special, nothing bad. Definitely not worth the price at $260.00 a night. We had an end of the hall room and it sounded like we were near an airport. It was so loud and we had no idea where the noise was coming from. The one thing I will say that was above and beyond was the associate covering breakfast. She was attentive and very kind."

"We arrived 25 minutes early and were allowed to get into our room, which was really nice. The room was warm as it was 90 degrees outside. We turned the air conditioner temperature down, unpacked and went out. When we came back it was still warm! We went down to the front desk and they told us we had to switch rooms. A pain but ok. We switched rooms, it was nice and cool, got unpacked and went to throw something away and there were beer cans in the one garbage can! All that being said, the staff was very nice. Breakfast was nice, parking was good. It was close to the expressway and very close to the Neil Armstrong museum."
