"Cannot think of anything negative about the hotel. Staff are wonderful. Room looking over bay was excellent.
Lady came who we think was the manager to speak with all guests at breakfast, very charming. Breakfast very good. Shame there isn’t a restaurant as forced to go into Sivota or eat at the snack bar which had limited menu.
We spent two nights here before flying home.
Glad we had a car as the walk down into Sivota is steep and steeper coming back!!!!

"I was warmly welcomed upon check-in, and I appreciated the little touch of home with the cute welcome sign at the kitchenette. There was instant coffee available, and it was helpful to have the kitchenette to boil water for coffee and have the mini-fridge for water and food items. "This is a little gem of a property. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfy and tastefully furnished. It was spotless with some lovely little touches made it feel special. The staff were welcoming and more than helpful. Perfect location, a few steps from the beach with views of the islands. This is a such a peaceful retreat and I would definitely recommend a stay. "
"What a great find! The studio rooms we had were excellent - very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, very modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. We also had a balcony. "Very nice family run resort, sits just outside of Kavos with its own little private beach. Had a amazing week here, the staff were great, the food in the restaurant was good. Would definitely come back x Ask Giannis to take your pics, you wont be dissapointed. "

"Directly across the street from the ferry terminal and only a short walk to the bus station made it a very convenient overnight stay for mt travels. The room was perfectly clean and the bed quite comfortable. Nice private balcony with table and chairs. Short walk to the pedestrian street with many inexpensive tavernas. "
"It was not welcoming. The address provided in your website is wrong and misleading to another property which is 500 meters away.
I tried to call the contact no, but no response from the property owner. With the help of someone living in the property, the owner arrived in 5 minutes and took us to another property. The owner admitted it was a wrong address. But it was disappointing and stressed as not sure whether we get to sleep or find an alternative at 9pm.
There was no hot water in the property and owner said it’s not working and can be fixed next day. They are aware of the situation before our arrival however did not notify us in advance.
It was horrible to take bath with the super cold water especially with the kids.
