"An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!"

"The staff was pretty much non-existent. I am sure they are short staffed but the young lady that checked me in was obviously bored and disinterested. Offered no direction on finding my room, where to park, what time breakfast was,have a good day, etc. This hotel was okay for the money but nothing special."

"We went down to eat breakfast at 7:45 am. There were only 2 containers of coffee and both were empty. We told someone on the staff that there was no coffee. The person said someone from maintenance would get the coffee. We waited and waited and finished breakfast but still no coffee. The man at the front desk had a thick accent and we didn't understand his explanation about why there was no coffee. This was a better than average size motel. It didn't make sense that there was such a small amount...

"This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Pics on the website were NOT AT ALL what you get. Staff were pleasant, but that’s it!!! The place and people that were getting rooms there were very sketchy! My teenage Grandchildren were absolutely terrified being there! I will never step foot in there again. Bed was HORRIBLE, Cable TV never worked the whole 2 nights we were there. Carpeting was so disgusting!"

"This was the stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Cigarettes and animal piss. Yucky. Relieved when the concert was cancelled last night and we went home. Can’t believe I paid $250+ for this. If you need a hotel in Shakopee and this is the only one left, you’re better off sleeping on a park bench."

"Was not notified at check in that hot tub was under construction, pool was ice cold. Very clean facility, nice big room. Digital coffee machine in the dining area made horrible coffee, everyone was dumping it down the sink. No creamer available anyway. Breakfast would have been good if the hot food bins were not empty and no staff around tending to it!"

"I booked this room in March (almost 4 months ago) upon arrival despite booking the king suite I had to pay for every person over 2. They that attempted to charge both mine and my friends card, (who paid for the extra head charges) 100 bucks than tried again for 50. It's super shady I reported the charges as fraud and am contacting the business to find out why there trying to charge our cards 250 after everything was paid for took my 5 star review down to a 1 star and I will not be returning to...
