"The property and room was wonderful. The staffing in the morning was a little unfriendly but the afternnon/evening person was delightful, We loved having all of the ammenities of the room. We would have loved it even more if they had a hot tub. Very clean and comfortable Beds "

"Everything was great. From entrance, lobby, room etc. My only complaint is that I got there at 4:35pm (check in at 4). My room was not ready and was told 45 minutes to an hour wait. I called at 5:20pm and got me a new room. Me and my fiancé was in town for Wiz Broadway show, so it could’ve been a let down if it was not corrected. Still 5/5 exceptional hotel!"

"Great place to stay. Love having a separate bedroom, kitchen and living area. Able to cook small meals in microwave and on hob. Staff are all friendly and lovely. I used the laundry too which was so convenient. Shipping is nearby as well. "

"Convenient location is what drew us to the hotel late arrival. Check in was smooth and room comfortable. The manager Tracy is very kind and quickly took care of a little mixup. We will def be back."

"The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets"

"While the front desk was understanding and did the best they could for the situation. The hotel was sold with groups of preteen and teen girls who were uncontrollably running on all floors of the building and threw all of the staircases. Our 10 year old had a state competition that she needed to wake up for at 5 AM. Both nights we stayed at the hotel the hotel was unable to manage the kids running wild through the hotel into the night. My husband and I had to visit rooms and parents who were...

"It was a really nice place if you were looking for a place that has a refrigerator stove and a microwave and it was only 10 minutes away from the venue that I needed it to be at which was a great convenience for me and it was only 10 minutes away from any mall of food place that I needed it to be. I would choose it anytime I was gonna stay in Richmond, Virginia."

"Beds had springs but that's it. So so uncomfortable loud to even with on. The pillows? Seem d like we were sleeping on pillow cases without a pillow in it. Had an awful sleep. There was a Huge ball of ???? Sick fuzz or dryer lint and leaves in our bed sheets kind of grossed out the kids. We slept with clothing on. Left because th breakfast the next morning was the option of two cereals or a loaf of white bread."
