"AC was leaking water. Reported to front desk and we were promised a different room because tech couldn’t fix it. Left for an appointment and when we returned, another staff at the front desk didn’t believe us when we asked for a different room. She went to the room and confirmed it was leaking but said there was no availability. She then contacted the staff from the previous shift and confirmed everything. Finally found another room. "Clean room, friendly staff."

"The staff were nice, but the rooms were not ready at check-in time so there was a significant wait, there were a number of people in the lobby waiting. Some said they had been waiting in excess of an hour for a ready room. And, while I didn't really need it, the stove did not work in my room and I heard other guests share that their kitchen appliances did not work either."

"The gym was ok, there were no free weights and it could use a good cleaning. There were no towels available and I don't think a staff member has been in there for a long time. The staff member at the front desk was not very personable. I booked the room in part because the hotel has a pool but when I arrived they told me it wasn't open. I wish I had known that beforehand, that information should be advertised. "

"Traveled with multiple families and all of our rooms were extremely hot and thermostat seemed unresponsive. Also smelled like weed throughout halls and outside. Rooms were spacious and functional although bathrooms were very tight "
