"wonderful stay"

"Cleaning the room each day isn’t a true cleaning but more so a tidy up. Wash cloths were not replaced and the toilet seat was left up as if a man finished using however left up with caked up urine stains on bottom of seat. Disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness. Important documents were also removed from the room I.e valet ticket. Leaving me no way to call for the car prior to making my way to lobby. in room phone is inoperable as well. had to place in room dining orders...

"We had an excellent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons. The service was amazing from beginning to end, and everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were also in excellent condition, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. "I wasn't thrilled with the fact that what they advertise as items present in the rooms is not what I met. I had nowhere to sit besides the bed even though it shows lounge chairs in the picture options! I paid foe the best room option but it fell short."

"The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was one stray hair (that was not mine) on the bathroom floor and apparently, dried chocolate syrup on the table. It was a bit noisy, though I was 2 rooms away from the ice machine. It was a nice stay overall. Though, I've had much better stays at other Westin properties."

"There’s very little or nothing to like about this property. The Expedia pictures are very misleading. It was dirty on the inside and outside. Mattresses are wrapped in plastic with sheets over them, and very uncomfortable. Shower head was falling off the wall. TV did not work. Walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on with your neighbors. Didn’t touch the food due to the overall dirty appearance of the place. "Clean room but roaches and no housekeeping took two days to get clean towels after I went down and asked for them. Older property but could be much better. Won’t stay there again"
