"The room was exceptionally roomy and very clean. The room service daily was unexpected, so all good. The hotel staff were so good. Anything asked they would do their best. Food ion the pub exceptional great variety of beers and wine available. I would like to see Reschs Beer on tap. No pub in Bowral now has it. Witch is disappointing. one thing that was not good was that the 40 inch Samsung TV did not work well at all. It would not turn on and off properly and would just turn on in the middle of the night. We personally have Samsung Smart TVs so I thought it was the remote so I charged it. But no, it still was playing up. I think it needs to be replaced. A little dissapointed that when we reported the TV issue on check out it was bit dismissive. Anyway thought for next time not room 17"
